"Agile" menu in the application header is missing padding

    Description

      Before creating an agile board, the header is broken when outside the Administration section:

      but is fine when viewing a page within the admin:

      This is particularly bad because it's one of the first impressions a customer has with the product.

      note: this was observed when using the 62-breakit branch of JIRA which includes the AUI upgrade.
