Problem Definition

Currently Insight logs are generally stored in Jira <SHARED-HOME> location which is not included by default in Jira Support Zips
Suggested Solution
- Include Insight logs specific to nodes so that individual node's support zip don't just create duplicate files
- Or include the insight logging directory configurable in Support Zip customization
