Content translated in "Language support" for links does not get rendered properly in German/Russian language

      Issue Summary

'Links' translated in the "Language Support" module does not get rendered properly in the customer portal for the German language.

      Steps to Reproduce

Below are the steps performed to replicate:

      1. Go to Project Settings > Request types > 'Choose any Request Type' > Edit fields > Visible fields. Add a text with "link" in Field help (Optional) section. I have added for "Summary" and "Description".
      2. Go to Project Settings > Language support > Deutsch (Deutschland). For the Request type (as per Step 1), add relevent German translations for the fields.
      3. User Profile Language is 'English' - Go to the Customer portal > Help Center > Project > Request Type. On the create issue page, we can see all the custom content and links are displayed properly (as expected).
      4. User Profile Language is 'German' - Go to the Customer portal > Help Center > Project > Request Type. On the create issue page, we can see custom content and 'links' for Request Type fields ('Summary' & 'Description') are not rendered properly and they are displayed in their original format.

      Expected Results

'Links' should get rendered properly in all German language as it is rendered in 'English' language.

User Profile Language is 'English' - Go to the Customer portal > Help Center > Project > Request Type. On the create issue page, we can see all the custom content and links are displayed properly (as expected).

      Actual Results

'Links' does not get rendered properly in German language.

User Profile Language is 'German' - Go to the Customer portal > Help Center > Project > Request Type. On the create issue page, we can see custom content and 'links' for Request Type fields ('Summary' & 'Description') are not rendered properly and they are displayed in their original format.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
