Issue Summary
Hovering the mouse on a KB title that was suggested while writing the ticket summary on Customer Portal shows the <strong> tag.

Steps to Reproduce
- On a JSM portal that has a Confluence as Knowledge Base;
- Start creating a ticket by typing some words on summary;
- KBs will be suggested based on the words typed;
- Hover your mouse under the word that was highlighted by JSM;
Expected Results
Nothing shows up or only the word gets showed up.
