Hovering your mouse on a KB while opening a ticket in JSM shows the <strong> tag

      Issue Summary

      Hovering the mouse on a KB title that was suggested while writing the ticket summary on Customer Portal shows the <strong> tag.

      On JSM 4.5.11
      Confluence 7.4.6

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On a JSM portal that has a Confluence as Knowledge Base;
      2. Start creating a ticket by typing some words on summary;
      3. KBs will be suggested based on the words typed;
      4. Hover your mouse under the word that was highlighted by JSM;

      Expected Results

      Nothing shows up or only the word gets showed up.

      Highlighted word shows up with the <strong> tag:

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
