Issue Summary
"Text Formatting" on 'Field help' section of Request Type doesn't work on customer portal when 'Language Support' feature is enabled.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to Jira UI and Navigate to JSD Porject Settings
- Click on Request Type --> select a Request type and click on 'Edit field' of the Request type
- Add a custom field (as part of testing, Severity is addedto Get-IT request type)
- Below data is added to 'Field Help' for Severity field.
*Level 1:* Issue with critical business impact for all users \\ *Level 2:* Issue with serious loss of service with high impact \\ *Level 3:* Issue that has significant impact to business operation \\ *Level 4:* Issue that has non-critical loss of functionality \\ *Level 5:* Issue with minimal impact to business operation \\
- Click on Update
- You will see the information is formated correctly as per "Text Formatter" and it displays correctly on Portal as well
- Click on 'Languge Support' and add a Language (here, German as added for testing)
- Add below entries on Translation field corresponding to 'Field help'
*Level 1:* Problem mit kritischen geschäftlichen Auswirkungen für alle Benutzer \\ *Level 2:* Problem mit schwerwiegenden Serviceverlusten mit hoher Auswirkung \\ *Level 3:* Problem, das erhebliche Auswirkungen auf den Geschäftsbetrieb hat \\ *Level 4:* Problem mit unkritischem Funktionsverlust \\ *Level 5:* Problem mit minimalen Auswirkungen auf den Geschäftsbetrieb \\
- Save and enable 'available to customer'
Expected Results
On Customer portal, the information available on 'Field Help' must be displayed in 'Text Formatting'
Actual Results
On Customer portal, the information available on 'Field Help' is not following 'Text Formatting'
