      Issue Summary

Currently the SLA documentation (https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/setting-up-slas-939926373.html) states "The SLA status is only recalculated for open issues, not for resolved issues."

SLAs are actually recalculated regardless of the issue status.

SLAS are NOT recalculated only if the SLA itself is stopped.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change SLA goal

      Expected Results

"The SLA status is only recalculated for SLAs running, not for stopped SLAs."

      Actual Results

"The SLA status is only recalculated for open issues, not for resolved issues."

      Workaround

      No workaround

[JSDSERVER-7007] SLA recalculation documentation is incorrect
