Setting up OpsGenie or Confluence Cloud integration may fail on some java versions

      Issue Summary

      We have noticed this behaviour when Jira is running with JRE 1.8.0_144.

      **No installed provider supports this key: javax.crypto.spec.SecretKeySpec error message may appear when trying to save configuration for Opsgenie or Confluence Cloud integrations.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Confluence Cloud integration or Opsgenie integration menu
      2. Fill the form with valid data
      3. Click Save button

      Expected Results

      Integration enabled

      Actual Results

      Error mentioned above appears. Integration cannot be set up.

      Workaround

      1. Stop Jira
      2. Upgrade your JRE to 1.8.0_202 or higher
      3. Start Jira
