Summary
When a Service Desk request is approved, the following section is added to the request on the portal view:

The status on the Approval section within the portal view of an issues does not get correctly translated based on the status translation set for any of the sections.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the "Statuses" configuration in Jira > Add a translation for the workflow statuses for a language of choice (mainly the status of the approval stage).
- Create a Service Desk request that has an approval step
- Approve the Service Desk request
- Open this request from the customer portal
- Change the language of the customer who is viewing the request from the portal to a language with the translated status.
Expected Results
The status found on the approval section should reflect the correct translation set.
Actual Results
The status is not translated in the Approval section on the ticket. While the status is translated correctly in the activity section.
For example: "Waiting for support" status is not translated:
