Description
Summary:
Even though a request type is already being hidden in a project, it is still searchable through the Help Center.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a Service Desk Project.
- Navigate to the Project Administration Page.
- Select "Request Types" and create a New Group.
- In that New Group, create a new Request Type.
- Navigate to the Service Desk Help Center and search the Request Type, it will be showing.
- Back to the Project Administration page and delete the Group.
- Automatically, the request type will be moved to "Hidden from portal" group.
- Do another search of the request type on the Help Center.
Expected Result:
- The request type would not be showing as a search result.
Actual Result:
- The request type is showing in the search result.
