In regular email communication, when a person emails you and you reply back, you will often see the 'full name' that the sender has associated with their email address.
I would like this information to be passed on in JIRA Service Desk and added to the Reporter's profile. We don't have the customer portal activated, so the customer cannot create their own 'username'. I would like the ability to capture the name that is associated with their email address, so we know who to address in our email, and for it to be saved in our Customer Directory.
