Issue Summary
When a user creates or shares a ticket with members of their organization, these users(members of the organization) have the ability to remove the organization from the ticket from customer portal.
Feature Request
Looking at the above, may we request that this feature be restricted to the Reporter rather than all members of the organization?

Can this request be even more general as to who can remove an organization from the shared with list?
In our case we may only want the admin and/or agents to be able to do this. It would be ideal if this can be configured in some way.
