    Description

NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Summary

When a Confluence KB Space is linked to a Service Desk project, the Table of Contents Macro is not displayed on any page containing the macro when viewing from the Customer Portal as a Customer.

      Environment

      • JIRA Service Desk v3.2.0-OD-04
      • JIRA v7.2.0-OD-03-014
      • Confluence 6.0.0-OD-2016.11.1-1091

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Link a Confluence KB Space to a Service Desk Project
      2. Add a Table of Contents Macro to any page of the Space
      3. Visit the Customer Portal directly from the Portal URL
      4. Search for the page that contains the Table of Contents Macro
      5. Select the Page to view it

      Expected Results

The page loads in a modal window, and should contain all content added to the page, including the Table of Contents Macro.

      Actual Results

The Table of Contents Macro is omitted from the page, and all other page content works as intended.

      Notes

When visiting the Customer Portal as an Agent/Admin of the Service Desk from the Service Desk sidebar, as the Portal is already in a modal window, pages open up in a separate tab. This allows the page to load the Table of Contents Macro successfully

      Workaround

Open the page in a different tab to view the macro.
