      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      At the moment, Customer Request Type field is not available as an option on any gadget. It will be great if we could include this field into the gadget for our reporting purposes.
