      Summary

      Confluence has the ability to search and pull up text within attachments.

      When linking Service Desk to Confluence, on the Customer Portal, find a solution should also pull up attachments that match the search term.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Create an application Link between Confluence and JIRA
      Go to Service Desk -> Settings -> Link To A Knowledge Base
      Select a Space
      Go to the Customer Portal -> Search for text within an attachment (reproduced with a PDF)

      Expected Results:

      The search results bring up pages that also show that include the search term in the attachments

      Actual Results:

      Pages don't show up that have attachments that include the search term
