If an agent attaches a file to an issue and add a link to it on a comment, the customer will receive a notification of this comment containing the link. If the customer click on the link, Customer Portal homepage(Log in page) is opened instead of the attachment and user needs to log in.
Steps to reproduce
- Attach file to an issue
- Send a comment including the link
- Check notification e-mail and click on the link provided
However, after several tests we noticed that some links opened the attachment. Same attachment on different issues.
As we tested it, it redirects the user to JIRA log in page as they don't have enough permission to read the attachments.
