      As a service desk customer I want to allow interested colleagues to see my request.

      In classic JIRA we have done this with issue security on a multi user picker field "interested users".

      As a company using service desk we want to allow our customer contacts to share their requests with other customer contacts of the same company (identified via mail-domain).
