Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
Currently, in the documentation for Service Desk Agents, there is no mention of what someone should look out for if their users are not listed as agents within the Service Desk (despite being in the proper group).
Here are some things that could be inserted to make things clearer :
- The JIRA Service Desk agent access global permission should be mentioned
- The assignment of agents to their respective Service Desk, that can be accessed via the 'Service Desk Agents' menu in the Administration
