      As a customer, I want to:

      • Track the progress of my requests
      • Create new requests
      • Comment on my requests
      • Upload a file or photo
      • Search and read knowledge base articles

      Customers are any users who are submitting requests to a service desk project. These can be internal users, external customers or external clients or partners.
