Ability to hide site-admins (who are not JSD agents) in JSD Customers list

When an org user is a site-admin and not a JSD agent, the users will show up in a JSD project's customers list. These site admin users have never used the JSD portal but still show up in the customers list.

This can be confusing since the customers list should only list customers, and not site admins. 

If this is expected behavior for the customers list, there should be an option to hide these site admin users to avoid confusion.
