    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

As of 2022 the Customer Portal now has two field/form configuration experiences. The first are the fields configured under Request Type > Portal Form, which is the basis for this original issue. The new Project Settings > Forms can also be used in the Customer Portal.

The unsupported fields for Request Type > Portal Form are:

      • Group Picker
      • Project Picker
      • Version Picker

Update as of 11 Oct 2022

The new forms functionality launched for JSM Cloud in January 2022. These new forms are based upon the Atlassian Document Format and allow for richer forms to be created with headings, columns and tables, plus conditional logic. We are continuing to build support for more Jira fields in the new form system.

Please note that we are unlikely to build support for the following fields in the existing Request Type field configuration:

      • Group Picker
      • Project Picker
      • Version Picker
