Description
Problem Definition
Agents could only add existing customers as request participants to a request. To add a non-existing user, the agent would need to invite the user to the project first.
Suggested Solution
Add the ability for agents to add Request Participants without adding them to the project first.
Workaround
It is possible to add non-servicedesk-customers as Request Participants to a request by sharing the ticket with them through the portal. This only applies for projects which allows sign up.
