Thank you for previously raising this feature request and bringing it to our attention.
Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented. Problem Definition
Currently, the widget is tied to a single project only hence customers would not be able to navigate freely in the widget unlike the navigation in the Customer Portal.
Suggested Solution
Allow to navigate to multiple projects within the embeddable widget
Why this is important
This allows customer to efficiently navigate to raise a request or search for KB articles in multiple project from the site the widget is embedded.
