Editable Fields from the Help Center

Implement the ability to set a field to editable in the Help Center.  Currently when a request is submitted there is not point of return for the creator to edit.  This can be done in the Project, but not Request in the Help Center. 

Best case scenario is the ability to make field editable when configuring fields in the Request Type.
