Pasting Screenshot doesn't generate thumbnail/attachment link inline comment via Customer Portal

      Problem Statement

      Screenshot and Uploaded files via Customer Portal ended up being attached at the bottom of the comment section and are not movable during draft. Customer are impacted because of the following:

      • There are no link generated inside the draft section for the customer to specify the location of the image/attachment to appear within text
      • Duplication will occur if the attachment is re-mentioned.
      • Explaining is difficult when refering to images that are far from the descriptions.

      Suggestion

      Generate a link once file are uploaded/Screenshot pasted to the comment draft box to move the file between a specific comment. Similar to uploading files via Jira Issue view:
      Upload files inline comment.mov

      Additionally, pasting multiple screenshot will be impacted by the same name issue which was raised as a suggestion here: JSDCLOUD-6433: Paste screenshot to Customer Portal use different filename

      Workaround

      Re-mention the filename in the comment section:

      !imagename.png|thumbnail!
