      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As a JIRA Service Desk user, I'd like to be able to at least edit my own comments, so that I do not have to re-enter a new comment if I mis-typed my previous comment.

      This can avoid the ticket from getting swamped with comments, and end up with a messy looking ticket.
