Problem Definition
Currently, when customer clicks View Request from their notification email , they will directed to Customer Portal and need to login in order to view the whole issue detail including comments.
Suggested Solution
It will be better if the customer can view the issue without login to Customer Portal. Maybe the link already have a private view that only the private link shared to the notification recipient can view the issue details.
Why this is important
It will be better accessed for the customer to view their issue. Anonymous customer normally just send email to JIRA Service Desk to create a ticket. But not creating their account when receive the invitation email.
Workaround
Customer need to create an account and view it from customer portal
