      Problem Definition

      Currently , service desk notification can only be disable globally or via project. There's no option for customer to disable notification if he/she doesn't want any notification at all from JIRA regardless any activity (issue created/comment/etc) . 

      Suggested Solution

      Provide option for customer to disable notification from their profile.
