      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      If we use JIRA CommentManager we can do this, if we use JSD we cannot.

      Not being able to defeat events being fired means we cannot use the JSD Component API
