Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.
As in Setting up service desk users, customers are essentially JIRA users who have no application access.
Can we please clarify this? As in have some information that any user created without application access can technically access JIRA Service Desk Customer Portals (provided the portal is not restricted).
