Currently we have Jira Service Desk installed as an Add-on for Jira.
As we continue to use JSD more and more, we want to customize the priorities that are in place for Service Desk.
Given how we have JSD implemented, changing the priorities will affected Jira as well.

That had something similiar to this, however I wanted to reach out with this suggestion since it's directly related to JSD.
