      Hi all,

      We've recently made it possible to add multiple languages for your portal and have resolved this issue.

      Check out the new "Language Support" section to manage translations for both the customer portal and email notifications. Read more about it here.

      It will be very useful to support multi language. On Customer Portal, request details in addition, field labels and descriptions could be displayed in the user's preferred language.
