Issue Summary

Under certain circumstances an issue can occur where the mobile JSM app is presenting the login screen and requiring them to ‘verify identity’ multiple times before being able to login.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launching the app
2. Following the SSO flow.
3. The ‘Verify Identity’ screen pops up and they select it.
4. The process loops 2 or 3 times before they are able to get into the app.

Expected Results

The verify identity screen should only appear a single time inside of the auth flow. Once the user has completed the steps the screen should not continue asking the user to verify their identity.

Actual Results

Under certain circumstances an issue can occur where the mobile JSM app is presenting the login screen and requiring them to ‘verify identity’ multiple times before being able to login.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
