Issue Summary
Approval Required notifications can only be sent to Reporter or Customers Involved. Customers using multi-stage approvals with custom user-picker fields have no way to route the native approval notification (with approve/decline buttons) to those fields.
Without this, multi-stage approval workflows either get no notification or require fragile automation workarounds that lose the approve/decline-from-email functionality.
Expected Results
Allow Custom user-picker fields to be selected as recipients in Customer Notifications → Approval Required → Recipients.
Actual Results
Unable to select Custom User-picker fields as the recipient for Approval Required notifications.
Workaround
Sync the custom field into the native Approvers field on transition (fragile, per-workflow setup required).
