      The rollout of ProForma (Forms for Jira) is now complete and should be available to all customers under Project Settings > Forms.

      Problem Definition

      Customer facing Service Desks often need to cater to a variety of problems that are similar in nature. Many Service Desk type solutions offer the ability for forms to be dynamic, so that the options chosen in one form, display different options in subsequent fields.

      Suggested Solution

      JIRA Service Desk should provide some form of functionality to create 'advanced' forms that can be customised to allow dynamic functionality.

      Workaround

      Add-On vendors provide this behaviour, for example: Extension (aka Service Pack for JSD)
