Issue Summary
Changing language in user profile does not reflect immediately in JSM Help Center.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to id.atlassian.com and change the language to another language like "Slovenščina".
- Access the Profile page of the JSM Help Center, we will see that language settings takes considerable amount of time to be updated for the corresponding user.

Expected Results
Updated language changes should be immediately reflected in the JSM Help Center.
Actual Results
Updated language change is slow and takes considerable amount of time (somewhere between 1-2 minutes) to reflect in the JSM Help Center.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
