Issue Summary
Mentioning customer from the Agent View is broken, but this is working fine in the Portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Customer Organisation added on the ticket, so customer has access to the ticket
- Go to the Agent View
- Click "Reply to customer"
- Try to @ mention a customer within the Organisation.
Expected Results
Customer should be able to be tagged on this text box, so that the comment would have them mentioned.
Actual Results
The customer's account don't even show up.
Workaround
@ mention customers through the Portal instead.
