As per this SAC page restricted request types can't be mapped to slack channels yet.
"Restricted request types can be submitted through all channels except for email, chat, the widget, and the virtual agent. Any request types that are restricted will not be visible to anyone, regardless of their access level. This allows anonymous users to still submit requests via these channels. Currently, there is no workaround for this issue. I recommend using request types that do not have these restrictions when submitting requests through chat."
Unfortunately, at this time, there is no workaround to allow restricted request types to be connected to Slack channels.
