Problem Statement
Currently, there is no option to raise a request from the 'My Request' list on the Help Center.
Users have to click buttons and scroll through different menu from Help Center > Portal > Knowledge Base and scroll all the way down to raise a request.
Suggested Solution
To make the User Experience easier, add a button on the 'My Request' list on the Help Center so that customers can raise a request more easily.
Why this is important
To improve customer experience on help centers.
Workaround
There is no option currently to raise a request from 'My Request' list on help center.

Since the following updates, agents/admins add restrictions for certain request types for customers.

As this restriction is only applicable for request creation, and they are still able to view the ticket itself. So it would be better if there is an ability to filter the requests by request type even it is restricted. |
