Problem Statement
Currently, there is no option to raise a request from the 'My Request' list on the Help Center.
Users have to click buttons and scroll through different menu from Help Center > Portal > Knowledge Base and scroll all the way down to raise a request.
Suggested Solution
To make the User Experience easier, add a button on the 'My Request' list on the Help Center so that customers can raise a request more easily.
Why this is important
To improve customer experience on help centers.
Workaround
There is no option currently to raise a request from 'My Request' list on help center.
