User Problem:
The main JSM Operations Alerts page at https://sitename.atlassian.net/jira/ops/alerts has inherited OpsGenie's auto-refresh capabilities in that it will update the page with any new alerts within 1 minute of them being created.
However, similar to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-346, the main Alerts page in JSM Operations at doesn't automatically update with status changes unless the page is refreshed.
Suggested Solutions
Real-time updates for the dashboards and incident pages would be helpful.
Current Workarounds
None directly at this time, however you could use a browser extension to force a timed page refresh.
