Issue Summary
This is not reproducible on Data Center.
When raising a request via Virtual Agent, after going through the full intent flow and opting to raise a request, the request is raised with the original message as the summary and description.
It would be nice to allow the reporter to select or enter the message that they would like to use as the summary and description of the ticket.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
