      Issue

      When configuring a request channel within JSM Chat, the user has several options for issue creation. The manual issue creation contains the text:

      Agents need to manually create issues.

      Per the documentation Create issues in Slack, there is no specific restriction for issue creation through this method:

      When someone posts a message in a request channel, turn it into an issue...

      The ask

      Update the word Agents to something more generic such as Users
