      Summary

      Currently, the Virtual Agent chat banner has the following message:

      Spend less time hunting for the right request form
      Ask any question and give our AI-powered virtual service agent a try.

      This might confuse our end users, making them think they will only find request forms instead of self-help guides. Admins might also want a different message, customized to their needs.

      Suggestion

      Add the possibility to customize the message shown in the banner.
