      Issue Summary

      Currently, it's only possible to add virtual agent in widget format to external pages. In JSM service portal, it's only possible to make this to be loaded in a new page.

      Expected Results

      It would be great to show virtual agent as widget also in JSM service portal, what could facilitate communication between agent and customer considering a more "chat-alike" format.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround for this at this moment.
