Provide support to reflect the 'select' field default value in the 'Create issue' via Slack

      Currently the select field default value in the 'Create issue' via Slack isn't reflected as it does in the Jira 'Create Issue' screen.

      Need this feature so that select field default value is reflected in the 'Create issue' screen via Slack.
