Since the following updates, agents/admins add restrictions for certain request types for customers.
By this update, customers cannot filter the request by restricted request type in customer portal request list if they are not allowed to create that request type.
As this restriction is only applicable for request creation, and they are still able to view the ticket itself. So it would be better if there is an ability to filter the requests by request type even it is restricted.
