Issue Summary
Virtual agent conversation from the help centre is not being recorded in the Conversation tab of Jira portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable virtual agent with intents in your environment.
- Open help centre and do not select any portal start a conversation with the virtual agent.
Expected Results
Conversations should be recorded in the conversation tab on Jira agent view.
Actual Results
Conversations are not recorded in the Conversation tab.
Workaround
Once you login to the help centre select the portal in which you want to raise the ticket and then start the conversation.
