      Currently the Help Center level Virtual Agent metrics are only available for the past seven days. This is flagged on the page that can be accessed via the following steps:

      1. Click on Settings and choose Products
      2. Select Configuration under the Jira Service Management tab on the left
      3. View all help centers under the Manage your help centers heading
      4. Click on the button on the help center you wish to review metrics for
      5. Select Settings and choose Virtual service agent on the left panel

      The project level Virtual Agent statistics have a filter to retrieve data outside of that seven day period. The two experiences should closer align.
