      Issue Summary

Before Opsgenie was consolidated with JSM, customers were able to run the Slack command /genie whoisoncall without needing an Opsgenie license.

This functionality was crucial for some customers for their Incident management process, therefore, they would like this funcitonality to be added for the JSM Operations Slack integration as well so non-Users can run the /jsmops whoisoncall command.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
