Issue Summary
Virtual Agent is not providing the same results when accessed from within a project, and when accessed from the Help Center home page.
- When accessed within the project - Virtual Agent is able to match the correct intent using Training Phrases.
- When accessed from Help Center home page - Virtual Agent is unable to match the correct intent - it returns "I do not understand the query".
Expected Behavior
Virtual Agent should display the same results, when accessed through Help Center home page, as well as within the project.
Workaround
Virtual Agent is able to match the intent better, by using Intent Name. If you can create Intent Name which contains similar strings as your Training Phrases, then the Virtual Agent behavior is better.
